Marcel and Alastair have worked hand in hand for more than 20 years, and PRIME Retail Consulting is the continuation of this exceptional and successful collaboration. The team is completed by the two long-standing colleagues Sandra Meyer and Corinna Kilb, as well as in-house lawyer Christopher Klötter and Niklas Humburg, who is likewise responsible for letting.
Alastair has worked in the German retail property sector for over 30 years and has been involved in major projects such as Centro Oberhausen, as well as a portfolio of retail parks representing investments of over €1 billion across Germany.
Marcel has 25 years of experience in the property sector and has let various shopping centres as well as large retail warehouse properties nationwide. Most recently, he played a key role in the renegotiation and re-letting of numerous food department stores across Germany.
Sandra has more than 17 years of experience in retail and shopping centres. Following roles at Centro Oberhausen, Prime Real Estate Consulting and CBRE, she joined PRIME Retail Consulting as Executive Assistant in October 2025, supporting the management team in all organisational matters.
Corinna began her career in the property sector 14 years ago at Prime Real Estate Consulting and CBRE. Since January 2026, she has been supporting Prime Retail Consulting as a paralegal, bringing her thorough experience in administrative and legal processes.
Christopher is an in-house lawyer (Syndikusrechtsanwalt) with over 10 years of experience in the retail sector. His path into the industry began at Prime Real Estate Consulting, followed by positions of responsibility at an internationally active retail group and at CBRE. Today, he strengthens our team with his comprehensive expertise and deep understanding of the requirements of the retail market.
Niklas has extensive experience in the retail and shopping centre sector. At Unibail Rodamco Westfield, he was responsible as Leasing Analyst for Ruhr Park Bochum and Westfield Centro Oberhausen. He subsequently worked at CBRE – together with Alastair and Marcel – on various shopping destinations across Germany. Today, he brings his sound leasing expertise to PRIME Retail Consulting’s projects.
